It will still be held in Canada at the Sheraton on the Falls in breathtaking Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Check back for more details.
The WiN Global Conference brings together nuclear professionals, students, government and industry leaders from more than 30 countries. This year’s WiN Global Conference theme is Positively Charged for Success and will showcase emerging technologies and technical innovations from Canada and around the world. It’s an unparalleled forum for international collaboration and to learn more about Canada’s role as a leader in the global nuclear industry.
“Hosting this conference is an amazing opportunity for Canada,” said Lisa McBride, WiN Canada President. “It’s been almost 15 years since the last time we hosted the WiN Global conference and so much has changed for Canada. When we look at the contribution Canada makes to the nuclear industry, we have so much to be proud of. We continue to be leaders in Nuclear operations, we have our work on the Darlington Refurbishment at OPG and Major Component Replacement at Bruce Power, and our continued work in Isotope production. When we look towards the future, we know that it’s incredibly bright as we take steps towards the future deployment of SMRs and our work on continuing to be innovators in this industry. We continue to be a key player on the global stage and have so much to show the rest of the world.”
